Man arrested for posting offensive material online on Rangers ‘big tax case’
The 37-year-old went voluntarily to a police station in Glasgow at lunchtime on Thursday.
He was arrested by officers at the national Football Co-ordination Unit after arranging to attend the city’s Helen Street police office, Strathclyde Police said.

The man, from Glasgow, has been released on an undertaking and is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 20 December. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Earlier this week, a First Tier Tax Tribunal found “oldco” Rangers, who faced a claim by HMRC in relation to the use of Employee Benefit Trusts, had not acted illegally.
