M9 to close at night for work

MOTORISTS are being warned that part of the M9 will close at night to allow for £60,000 resurfacing work to take place.

The on-slip at junction 1a southbound will close each night from 8pm between today and Saturday.

Lanes will also close on the southbound M9 each night between junction 1a (Kirkliston) and junction 1 (Newbridge). On Friday southbound M9 traffic will be diverted via the off-slip and on-slip at junction 1 (Newbridge).
