The star of BBC1's The Apprentice faced shouts of "reading, reading" as he asked a question in the House of Lords. Reading questions is frowned upon, but often passes without comment.
Lord Sugar then asked Lords Leader Lord Strathclyde: "Will you consider issuing vuvuzelas to your benches? It would make a much better noise."

Hide AdContinuing with his question the entrepreneur said a recent Government document on small businesses was a "restatement of what the past Chancellor (Alistair Darling) said in the Budget of March of this year".
