Letting agent finances bureau de change office

A LOCAL letting agent hopes the opening of a new bureau de change office on its premises will lead to an international expansion of the business.

EH Letting, on Newington Road, is thought to be the first property management company to offer a currency exchange service, opening a branch of established currency exchange dealer No 1 Currency in a spare office.

Mark McElney, managing director of No1 Currency, said the move may pave the way for a business expansion into overseas lettings.
