Learning to lead the way

A RANGE of activities are taking place in West Lothian to mark Learning Disability Week.

The two main themes of Learning Disability Week 2011, which got under way on Monday and runs until Sunday, are "Scotland's Hidden Talent" and "Hate Crime".

The Learning Disability Independence Team manned a stand in the Almondvale Shopping Centre yesterday to raise awareness regarding employment issues for people with learning disabilities.
