Kids get kick out of visit

PLAYERS from Livingston Football Club took time out from training this week to visit the children’s ward at St John’s Hospital in West Lothian.

The footballers chatted to the youngsters in the ward and handed out gifts, which were supplied by Morrisons.

Club captain Liam Fox, who spent some time with three-year-old Michael Vaughan, from Eliburn, said: “It gives something back to the kids who are unfortunate to have to spend time in hospital over Christmas.”
