CONTROVERSIAL commentator Katie Hopkins has sparked outrage after slamming last night’s Sleep in the Park.

More than 8,000 fundraisers joined celebrities in Princes Street Gardens in raising millions for the homeless.

But motormouth Hopkins, whose previous rants have taken in refugees, breastfeeding mums and Ebola patients, dismissed the event as tokenism.

“Please don’t sleep one night on the street in support of the homeless,” tweeted the former Sun columnist.
