Judge orders Flyglobespan hearing break

A HIGH Court judge has adjourned for a week legal action by the administrators of collapsed travel firm Flyglobespan against the company that dealt with its online ticket sales.

Simon Mortimore QC, representing PricewaterhouseCoopers, administrators of Flyglobespan, was seeking an administration order against E-Clear.

Mr Justice Floyd yesterday agreed to adjourn the hearing for a week to give E-Clear more time to respond.

E-Clear is said to owe 35 million to the collapsed firm.
