ITV reveals celebrity line-up as Dancing On Ice competition gets its skates on

SOME famous - and not so famous - faces from the celebrity world were unveiled yesterday as the competitors for Dancing On Ice 2011.

The show, which kicks off on 9 January on ITV, will see stars such as former pop singer Kerry Katona, Jeff Brazier, Jennifer Metcalfe and Denise Welch get their skates on. Other celebrities in the line-up include the US rapper Vanilla Ice, Elen Rives, Sam Attwater, Chloe Madeley, Johnson Beharry VC, Nadia Sawalha and Radio One's Comedy Dave Vitty. Coronation Street's Steve Arnold will also be on the show with Angela Rippon, cricketer Dominic Cork and Neighbours actor Craig McLachlan.

Britain's best-known ice-skating duo and former Olympic champions Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will help to train the aspiring dancers, and also appear throughout the show with comments and advice.
