Interpol alert over Afghan fugatives

Interpol has issued a global alert for 417 fugitives of an Afghan jailbreak, including Taleban members considered "a major threat to global security".

The agency says it has issued an "Orange Notice" for the fugitives who escaped Sarposa prison in Kandahar on 24 April.

Afghan authorities said more than 480 inmates escaped the jail through a tunnel dug over a matter of months.
