IMF agrees $3bn Egyptian bailout
The International Monetary Fund agreed a $3 billion financing deal with Egypt yesterday.
Egypt has been seeking funds to plug an estimated $10bn-$12bn gap in the wake of the upheaval that toppled the government in February.
Anger at a growing wealth divide helped to fuel the unrest.
