Hunt for killer after body find

The 42-year-old's body was found in his flat in the Shawlands area of Glasgow in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Detectives said they were following a positive line of inquiry following the incident on Pollokshaws Road.

Detective Inspector Sam Carson, of Strathclyde Police, appealed for information, and added: "It would appear that there was some sort of disturbance in the house involving the deceased, which resulted in him dying of his injuries."
