Hunt on as flasher targets woman walking her dog

A MAN who exposed himself to a woman as she walked her dog is being hunted by police.

The 41-year-old woman was walking along a footpath through woods between the loch at Livingston Old Wood and Lochshot Path in Livingston when the suspect exposed himself.

The suspect ran when the victim’s dog approached him during the incident, which took place between 9.45am and 10.15am last Wednesday.

The man is described as white, 20 to 50-years-old, 5ft 6in to 5ft 7in, average build, and wearing a bright yellow mid-length jacket with a dark jumper underneath, and either a dark hood or woollen hat.

A police spokesman said: “While the woman was not harmed she was understandably shaken, and we are appealing for information.”
