Housing association picks up top award

Lesley Baird, chief executive of TPAS Scotland, explained the award was due to the relationship with its tenants.

She said: “Throughout the accreditation process we’ve been impressed by the way ELHA works together with tenants to set standards and scrutinise performance.

“Its work has established a framework for meaningful tenant involvement.”
