Director of fundraising for the hospice, Lesley Christie, said: "Not only will you be joining us for a night of great food, Burns banter and toe-tapping ceilidh tunes, but you will also be helping us to continue to help the people in our community who need us most."

Funds raised will go towards the work of the hospice in providing free, specialist palliative care to patients with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Tickets, which cost 45 each, are available by phoning 0131-551 1381, e-mailing [email protected] or via www.stcolumbashospice.org.uk
