Homes warm to windfall

HOUSEHOLDS in East Lothian are entitled to free energy-saving measures following a round of Scottish Government funding.

The Free Insulation Offer for loft and cavity walls could help residents save £175 and £135 a year, respectively.

Funding will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis, and interested residents are advised to call the Home Energy Scotland Hotline on 0800 512012 to avoid missing out.
