Homes plan for farm land

A DEVELOPER has put forward plans to build nearly 50 new homes on agricultural land.

Cala Management Ltd has submitted an application to create 45 houses and four flats on land to the west of Orchard View in Eskbank, Dalkeith.

Midlothian Council will consider the plans.
