Historian to give talk on Barack Obama

EDINBURGH University historian Owen Dudley Edwards will give a talk at the National Library of Scotland next week analysing what President Barack Obama’s second term will mean for the US and the wider world.

The talk on Tuesday at 6pm will come the day after President Obama’s inauguration in Washington, following his election victory over Republican Mitt Romney.
