Help to the tune of £18k

MORE than £18,000 of funding to provide music therapy for people with dementia has been given the go-ahead.

West Lothian Council approved the release of £18,266 from its Challenge Fund for music therapy.

The aims of the programme supplied by charity Drake Music, include improved confidence.

It will be delivered in Braid House and the Rosebery Centre in Livingston, St Michael’s Centre, Linlithgow, and Acredale House in Bathgate.
