Guest of note for students

Boston-based singer-songwriter Chris Trapper was set to give a guest lecture to students at Stevenson College today.

Best known for his band The Push Stars, Trapper has written material for four studio albums and six self-produced discs. Several of his songs have been picked up for major film soundtracks.

Colin Train, music lecturer at Stevenson, said: "It's so important for our musicians to interact and meet creative music industry professionals."
