Greggs roll into estate

BAKER Greggs is to open a new shop on the Newbridge Industrial Estate.

The shop, at 10D Cliftonhill Road, is due to open its doors on Tuesday and will create eight jobs for local people, as part of Greggs’ growth plans which it says will secure more than 600 new jobs in the UK in the coming years.

Area manager Evelyn Lambie and her team are currently undergoing special training to develop their bakery expertise.

The shop will sell soup and hot sandwiches as well as fresh bakery goods and a breakfast menu.
