Green blog lights up net

A BLOG written by environmentalists in Leith has been rated as one of the most popular green websites in the UK.

Greener Leith was named in a list of the top ten most popular environmental blogs, alongside a website from a national newspaper and Greenpeace.

Another Edinburgh-based blog, Bright Green Scotland, also made it into the top ten.

The results were provided by Wikio.com a website which monitors UK blogs.

Another Edinburgh blog, Suitably Despairing, made it into the top 20.
