Grape costs Asda £10,500 after slip

A SHOPPER has secured a £10,500 payout after slipping on a grape in Asda's Rivergate store in Peterborough.

The company apologised following the ruling at Peterborough County Court, which ordered that Asda pay Thomas Wardle 10,500 damages - and 18,000 in costs.
