A PLANNING bid to build dozens of flats and townhouses on the site of a former telephone exchange in the Grange has been lodged.

An application for planning permission and listed building consent has been issued to develop 60 apartments and 24 townhouses on a four-acre site at the old Woodcroft Telephone Exchange in Pitsligo Road, Merchiston.
