Gracemount factor named

Property specialist Ross and Liddell has been awarded the contract to deliver full property management factoring services at the new Gracemount housing development in Edinburgh.

Construction of the first phase is already complete, with further works under way by the Cruden Group on behalf of the city council.

Half of the development will be affordable housing with the first phase seeing 99 homes built. The second phase will consist of 116 homes.
