Glasgow Tower to reopen to the public

THE Glasgow Tower, which holds the Guinness World Record for being the tallest fully rotating freestanding structure, is to reopen to the public on Saturday 19 July.

At 127 metres tall – the equivalent of 30 double decker buses – the Glasgow Tower forms part of Glasgow Science Centre complex on the south bank of the River Clyde in Glasgow. It has been closed for more than 80 per cent of its life
