Get an impression of gallery's collection at talk

A FREE talk on a redisplay of impressionist works at the National Gallery of Scotland is to be held on Friday.

Frances Fowle, senior curator of French art, will discuss the refurbishment and redisplay of the upper galleries at the National Gallery of Scotland's Hawthornden Lecture Theatre on Friday.

The talk is being held ahead of the opening of Impressionist Gardens in July, which will feature paintings from some of the world's most important art collections.

The talk starts at 12:45pm.
