Gang come to Hatter's aid

WHEN the kilt on his shop's Mad Hatter mascot was pinched from outside his shop, Tommy Robertson, began to worry.

With just days to go before Wear Your Kilt to Work Day, the Backtracks record store boss appealed for help in finding a suitable cloth for a one-metre 42-inch-waisted figurine.

Luckily the Edinburgh Gang Show's dressing room were able to help out.

Robert Young, sponsorship manager, said: "It took a bit of hunting for that kind of size but we were able to kit out the Mad Hatter in the end."
