Funeral service for tragic mum

THE family of tragic mum Elizabeth McVey will gather tomorrow to pay their last respects.

The mother-of-two, known to her friends and family as Libby, went missing from her home on 22 March, just more than a week before her body was found washed up on a beach near North Berwick.

A funeral service is to be held at Our Lady of Loretto RC Church in Musselburgh before moving to Seafield Crematorium.

Libby's husband, Michael, will be joined by their children, Mark and Lynsey, for the service.

Irene McDowall, Libby's mother, is also expected to attend along with her brother, Alan, and his wife, Fiona.
