Funds hope for charities

CHARITIES across the city are being invited to discuss their funding needs at an event next month.

The advice surgery will be held by the Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland on February 13 and will provide a chance for representatives of registered charities to discuss potential projects towards which the foundation may be able to provide financial support.

Foundation staff will give tips on filling in the application form and advice on the kind of projects that may be funded. Appointments with a member of staff are available at the foundation’s offices in Gorgie Road. Call 0131-444 4020.
