Former Bay City Roller boss Tam Paton’s house price drops

The price of former Bay City Roller manager Tam Paton’s house has been dropped again after a lack of interest.

The Gogar mansion — once valued at £1 million — has lain empty since Paton was found dead in a hot tub in 2009.

It now has an asking price of £500,000. Charities including The Dogs Trust, WWF and Scottish SPCA will lose out as they have been promised a share of the sale price.

Paton was jailed for three years for sex offences against teenage boys and was cleared on appeal of drugs charges in 2004.
