Former assistant scout leader faces child sex charges

A former assistant scout leader has been charged with a series of historic child sex offences.

Brian Bailey, 42, of Abingdon, Oxfordshire, has been charged with a total of 29 offences, which include 12 counts of indecent assault, three counts of inciting a child to commit an act of gross indecency and three counts of possessing indecent images of children.
