Folks flying high at castle
THE Folks will be the special guests for the forthcoming concert by Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds at Edinburgh Castle.
The band were formed when guitarist and writer Michael Beasley hooked up with vocalist Scott Anderson and the duo relocated to the US to record what would become their debut album, I See Cathedrals. The band started 2012 with an HMV Next Big Thing show at the Borderline, playing with US rockers We Are Augustines.
