Folk group and quartet to perform at Queen's Hall

SCOTTISH folk group Breabach and the Québécois quartet Le Vent du Nord will play Edinburgh's Queen's Hall on 3 February.

The concert forms part of the Tune Up collaboration series, looking at how two nations have influenced each other musically.

Breabach will preview material from their imminent second album, with a line-up of twin bagpipes, fiddle, flute, whistles, guitar, vocals and Scottish stepdance.

Le Vent du Nord recently released their fifth studio album, centring on traditional sounds.
