Flying visit to wartime Lothians

TWO youngsters went back in time as they arrived at the National Museum of Flight dressed as evacuees ahead of a special war event this weekend.

The East Fortune attraction is hosting the World Wars Experience on Sunday and James Paton and Maja Semple, both six, were getting into character and the mood.

Visitors are set to discover what life was like during both world wars and will get to have a close look at aircraft at the museum on Sunday from 10am-5pm.
