An Edinburgh scaffolding contractor has had its application for a goods vehicle operator’s licence refused after Deputy Traffic Commissioner Richard McFarlane said its directors were not fit to hold one.

Lindsay Scaffolding Contracts Ltd of Lauriston Street had applied for a restricted goods vehicle operator’s licence for three vehicles to be run from West Shore Road, Edinburgh.
