Fears grow for teenage boy missing since Friday

Police are becoming “increasingly concerned” about a teenager who has been missing since Friday night.

Ryan Tierney, 15, from Househillmuir Place in Pollok, Glasgow, was last seen by a friend getting on a bus to the city centre at around 10:30pm on Friday.

He is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall with a slim build. He has short brown hair and is clean shaven with a pale, spotty complexion.

When he disappeared Ryan was wearing black jeans, a grey hooded top and black boots.

Police said the teenager has been missing on several occasions before, but his family are becoming increasingly worried as he has been missing for longer than usual this time. Ryan is known to frequent the Silverburn Shopping Centre, Pollok and Priesthill areas and also Glasgow city centre.

Anyone who has seen Ryan since Friday or anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact Sergeant Derek Keary at Pollok.
