'Experimental' reactor for N Korea

An AMERICAN security institute has said new satellite images show North Korea is constructing an experimental light-water nuclear reactor at its Yongbyon atomic complex.

The Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security said the reactor could generate 25-30 megawatts.
