Kelly admitted driving dangerously at 60mph in a 30mph zone, going through red lights, mounting the kerb and repeatedly overtaking cars on the nearside or the offside to the danger of other road users and pedestrians.

The offence happened on 26 March this year at The Shore, Shore Place, Toolboth Wynd, Sandport Way, Coburg Street, Great Junction Street, Henderson Street and elsewhere.

He also admitted driving while unfit through drink or drugs, driving while disqualified and without insurance and being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

Sentence was deferred until next month for background reports.
