ESPC to close for revamp

THE George Street showroom of the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre is being closed until next year while it undergoes a major renovation.

The showroom will shut from today and reopen on January 4 while work is carried out to turn the space into a more “personal” place for people buying, selling or letting properties to visit.

When it re-opens, plasma screens will broadcast featured properties to George Street passers-by 24 hours a day.
