Ellen Glen's House in Gilmerton – a 60-bed campus providing patients with a peaceful environment – will mark the occasion with afternoon tea followed by a fireworks display.
It was opened under a PFI scheme in 1999.
Dr Charles Winstanley, NHS Lothian's chairman, said: "This is a time to celebrate ten years of quality care."
