Elgin firm wins park housing contract

ELGIN-based builder Springfield Properties has been chosen to develop the first phase of An Camas Mòr, the new community planned for the Cairngorms National Park.

Proposals for 95 houses, 80 affordable homes and 25 plots were approved in principle by the park authority last June.
