Edinburgh Zoo's plant sale begins

EDINBURGH Zoo's gardening team will celebrate Plant Conservation Day with the start of their plant sale today.

The annual event is taking place at the zoo's Budongo Trail today, tomorrow and Friday from 11am to 3.30pm.

The sale gives visitors the opportunity to buy some of the zoo's own plants - propagated and grown on site - as well as receive free advice from its team of gardeners.
