Edinburgh teachers in strike threat over pensions
A TEACHING union has warned the Scottish Government that it could take strike action over pensions.
The EIS Council in Edinburgh said it had been expecting a formal offer at a meeting earlier this week.

Hide AdBut it said ministers would now be given a final chance at another meeting on December 10.
EIS general secretary Larry Flanagan said: “The very clear message from EIS Council members is that teachers and lecturers have had enough of the stalling by the Scottish Government on pensions.”
