Duo have the ride stuff

Gareth Monro and Rhian Reynolds meet Lord Provost Donald Wilson after being appointed as captain and lass for this September’s Edinburgh Riding of the Marches.

Business owner Gareth, 33 was born in Edinburgh and attended James Gillespie’s school.

New Edinburgh lass Rhian, who becomes only the second lass to bear the title, was educated at George Herriot’s and is a qualified dance artist and instructor.
