Drowned tiger sparks inquiry

A SIBERIAN tiger has died in her enclosure at a British zoo.

A post-mortem examination carried out by Banham Zoo in Norfolk found the cause of death as drowning. Director Martin Goymour said the reasons for the drowning were "unexplained". Further tests are planned to see if the five-year-old tiger had a seizure.
