Donor appeal to rugby fans

RUGBY fans are to be encouraged to sign up as bone marrow donors at this weekend's sevens competition at North Berwick Rugby Club.

Leukaemia charity the Anthony Nolan Trust will be holding a clinic at the event offering people the chance to register, with the assistance of the local Round Table.

The clinic will run in the clubhouse from 1pm to 5pm to encourage people to come forward and help save the lives of those suffering from leukaemia.
