Dog-attack owner let off

A PET owner accused of allowing her Johnson bulldog to severely injure two other pooches has been let off the leash after the Crown dropped the charges.

But Rachel Trysburg was yesterday fined £265 after she pleaded guilty to twice failing to turn up for trial on the charges at Livingston Sheriff Court.

Trysburg, 31, of Polbeth, West Lothian, had denied two counts of being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control.
