Detectives in fresh appeal for clues over man's death

POLICE are appealing for further information following the murder of a man in Glasgow.

Martin Trusdale, 55, was found dead at his flat in Wellgreen Court, Pollokshaws on 5 April.

Mr Trusdale had suffered head injuries and following a post-mortem examination his death has been treated as murder. Detectives are now re-appealing for information and witnesses who may be able to assist with their inquiry.

Detective Inspector Scott McMillan of Pollok Police Office said

: "I would like to speak to a motorist, who I believe had to sound their horn to attract the attention of man who had almost walked into the path of their car.

"This happened between 1300 and 1400 hours on Monday 5 April, 2010 on Christian Street at Wellgreen Street."
