Daughter backs vice madam

THE daughter of an Edinburgh woman accused of running a multi-million-dollar vice ring in the US will today launch a TV defence of her mum.

Suzanna Pak, 24, claims in a pre-recorded interview on US TV that her mother, Anna Gristina 44, from Kirkliston, was just running a dating service.

She tells host Anderson Cooper: “I don’t believe what the police are saying about her. She shared with me her legitimate dating sites. If she had anything to hide, she’d have said something to me. I’ll be there for her.”

Gristina has been accused of supplying £1500-a-night prostitutes to affluent clients in Manhattan. She left Scotland for America at the age of 17 following the death of her father.
